Japanese calligraphy exhibitions

Although I say that calligraphy is a means of self-expression, while I was in Japan I found myself unable to break away from a set style, copying my master’s calligraphy.

Since coming to France, I have been given a platform to present my work regardless of my title or school, and I have gradually been holding exhibitions using my own unique style of expression. In particular, my exhibition held at the gallery in the Council of Europe in 2023 was highly praised, with many visitors attending and the number of works sold reaching new highs. My works, which I call the French Touch, are a fusion of East and West, and are representative of a style that blends the culture of ink with the essence of France.
